All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. Central European Standard Time (GMT +1) will begin processing on the following Monday.

International rates can be estimated by placing items in your shopping cart and entering your shipping information.

Please note that Biggirlshoes ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Biggirlshoes and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery and are destination-based. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Biggirlshoes, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays and are pending credit card approval. Biggirlshoes reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. Affected customers will be notified by Biggirlshoes Customer Service.

Biggirlshoes is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
